Here is what to expect when you work with a member of our Delivery Team, to find your next opportunity: 

Step 1: Get to know you

They will want to get to know you, to get a better idea of: 

  • Your background and experience
  • What you are looking for in your next opportunity 
  • Your expectations around compensation 
  • If you are open to relocating 

This helps the Principle Recruiter to review all the open positions in Relode and find the right job(s) to recommend to you.

Step 2: Review potential positions

You and the Principle Recruiter will discuss the position(s) they think you are a fit for. This helps you and the Principle Recruiter hone in on what opportunities interest you most. 

The Principle Recruiter will be able to tell you: 

  • Details about the company 
  • Details about the job and what the company is looking for 
  • What to expect during the interview process 

At this stage, you and the Principle Recruiter will decide what job(s) to recommend you for. The Principle Recruiter will take care of recommending you to the position; they'll just need an updated copy of your resume. 

If you look at positions on the Relode website, you'll notice that we do not share what company the position is with. Since you are working directly with a member of Relode's Delivery Team, as soon as you verify your interest in the position, you are on the top of the list for the manager hiring for the job. The employer knows all candidates from Relode have been vetted and increase your odds of getting a first interview!

Step 3: Verify your interest 

You will get an email and a text message from Relode to confirm you're interested in the position. Fill this out as soon as possible! Your information only gets sent to the employer after you complete this. 

It consists of a few simple questions to verify: 

  • That you are interested in the position
  • Your qualifications
  • Your compensation expectations

Step 4: Interview or consider other positions

After your information is verified, the employer or a member of Relode will be in touch to let you know if you've been selected to interview. Working with a Relode Principle Recruiter increases your odds of being selected to interview by over 50%.

Even if you aren't selected to interview, don't worry! You and your Principle Recruiter can work on finding another opportunity that is a fit for you.
