  • What are the steps of the hiring process?
    • Once you speak with a Relode Talent Advisor, if your qualifications match what the employer is looking for and you're interested in moving forward, your application will show as "review". Once the Relode Account Manager confirms your profile matches the job must-haves, your application will be moved to "in consideration". During this stage, the employer's hiring team will be reviewing your resume and all details provided during your conversations with your Talent Advisor to pitch you in the best light possible. From there, our team will help coordinate any interviews needed and you will receive email updates from Relode and your Talent Advisor each step of the way. You can track your application progress from your profile at any time.
  • Should I just apply directly with the hiring company instead of using Relode?
    • When you apply for a position through Relode you’re going to get in front of the hiring manager faster than if you directly applied. Our team has an existing relationship with the hiring team for every job, which means they've shared who they're looking to be the best fit and will give priority to candidates presented by Relode. When you directly apply through the employer's site, your resume is more likely to get lost in the sea of hundreds of other candidates. Using Relode lets us help you stand out from the crowd.
  • Why can't I see who the employer is?
    • We totally get that you want to do some research about the employer. When you talk with the Relode Talent Advisor and they confirm that this opportunity seems like a fit for you they’ll give you the important notes on this employer, and share who they are so you can do even more research! 
  • Am I applying for a job with Relode? 
    • While Relode will post our internal job needs as well, most of the roles you see are with our clients. Your Talent Advisor will share what company the job is with to ensure you're interested. We work with hundreds of employers helping them find amazing talent, like you. 
    • Once you apply for a position, a Relode Talent Advisor will begin reaching out via email or phone within 2-3 business days. During this conversation, they'll answer any questions you have about the job, and ensure all your qualifications match what the employer is looking for.
