who can be a relode recruiter?

At this time the Relode platform is best utilized by individuals who have 2+ years of prior experience in the recruiting or talent acquisition space to help prepare you for the expectations and skill set needed to not only source but properly screen and work with candidates to find the best jobs for them. Without this experience, the Relode platform can often be a frustrating experience as it will take much longer to find hires and success without familiarity with the hiring and recruiting space.

If you are looking to find somewhere to teach you how to be a recruiter, Relode may not be a good fit, unfortunately, but there are many platforms available and resources to help you start your recruiting journey.

Here are the current qualifications to join the Relode Recruiter Community...

  • 2+ years of recent, full-cycle, professional recruiting experience
  • Direct experience sourcing and managing candidates (outside of internal hiring)
  • Available 10+ hours per week for recruiting preferred
  • Proven track record of successful direct/contingent hires
  • Actively located in the domestic United States
  • Experience utilizing sourcing tools to find candidates similar to Indeed, LinkedIn, ZipRecruiter, etc.
