Attaching documents

Some employers require their own pre-screen template be used during the interview process. Others may require specific documentation when the candidate is submitted for an opportunity. In these cases, you will find these requirements noted in the internal notes section of a job.

You can easily attach any required template or documentation to the candidate profile, making the documents available for view to both job managers & hiring managers. 

Once in the candidate file, navigate to the profile tab. Once you click profile tab, scroll to the bottom & click  + attachment to upload the document. 

Once attached, the documents will appear on the candidates profile where job managers can view & access them.
