Do I need to screen my candidates?
Absolutely! That’s a requirement under our Recruiting Agreement Policy. The goal of Relode is to connect a great candidate with a job opportunity that is perfect for them. Connecting with the candidate about the role and their qualifications is the best way to get a sense of whether the position would be a good fit for them and whether or not they are interested in the role. Before you refer any candidates to the Relode team for a role, we ask you to have a direct phone conversation with them to verify their qualifications and interest. This helps ensure a higher chance of their and your success in getting hired for a role. Users who repeatedly refer candidates who have not been pre-screened will be removed from the Relode platform.
