Absolutely! That’s a requirement under our Recruiting Agreement Policy. The goal of Relode is to connect a great candidate with a job opportunity that is perfect for them. Connecting with the candidate about the role and their qualifications is the best way to get a sense of whether the position would be a good fit for them and whether or not they are interested in the role. We ask that before you refer any candidates into the Relode team for a role, that you have a direct phone conversation with them to verify their qualifications and interest. This helps ensure a higher chance of their and your success in getting hired for a role. Users who repeatedly refer candidates who have not been pre-screened with unfortunately be removed from the Relode platform.
