How do I know where my candidate is in the hiring process?
When you refer a candidate, we want to keep you informed of every stage in the process. To do this, we send you updates whenever your candidate progresses to the next stage. To help you understand what each stage means, we’ve outlined them below:
When you make a new referral, you can see the candidate in your Relode dashboard's "referrals" section. This also applies if your candidate applies using your unique link.
- Review—This stage prompts action from the Relode team. It also means that an outbound action has occurred (text, call, or email), and the candidate is being screened by our internal team to confirm their qualifications. Please allow 2-3 business days for this stage to fully happen. It takes time for our team to review their profile and make multiple contact attempts.
- **The best way to ensure your candidate moves quickly through this step of the process is to let them know to expect communication from Relode! Candidates who are less responsive will typically remain in this stage longer as our team cannot contact them.
- Consideration —The Job Manager has sent your candidate to be considered by the client. This is also the stage your candidate will be in while they go through the interview process with the hiring client. Though the status may not change, you will receive email notifications as they begin interviewing to keep you informed on their progress along the way!
- This is where your first payment happens! For each candidate submitted to the client, you will receive a submission reward and an interview reward once their first-round interview has been completed and confirmed 🎉 find details on those rewards within each job!
- Eliminated – A Relode team member or the client has determined that this candidate is not the right fit for a position. You will be provided with a specific reason each time a candidate is eliminated.
- Hired – The candidate has accepted the offer; this stage will also include the candidate's final salary and start date.
