What if my candidate asks about salary?

Relode does not list job compensation since many will depend on the candidate's experience and qualifications. If you have questions about a specific position's salary, reach out to Support@Relode.com. 

Let your candidate know that once referred, our team will reach out and share job details, including the client's name and salary range. It's helpful to inform your candidate that Relode will never submit their information to a client until they have all necessary job details, including pay, to consider the opportunity first. We know this is important information for all candidates to be aware of before ever considering a new job; please always let them know these details will be provided by our team.
