What if my candidate asks about salary?

Relode does not list job compensation, as it often depends on the candidate's experience and qualifications. If you have questions about a specific position's salary, reach out to Support@Relode.com. 

Please inform your candidate that, once referred, our team will contact them to share job details, including the client's name and salary range. It's helpful to inform your candidate that Relode will never submit their information to a client until they have all the necessary job details, including pay, to consider the opportunity first. We know this is important information for all candidates to be aware of before ever considering a new job; please always let them know these details will be provided by our team.
